2.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. fun36 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. 3.4 fun36 will never contact you requesting your password. Any communication purporting to be from fun36 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.1 Deposits. fun36 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform from time to time, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fun36 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed within the fun36 account banking section and may be amended from time to time at fun36's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and account review. fun36 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed for each payment method. eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) typically process within 8–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. fun36 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. fun36 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts as stated in the Platform's banking terms. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 fun36 offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (the number of times the bonus and/or deposit must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while wagering a bonus, and expiry periods. 5.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. 5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play between accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.2 fun36 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by technical error, bets placed after a sporting event has concluded, or bets placed in violation of these Terms.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records held by fun36's systems shall be deemed definitive unless there is clear evidence of system error. In such cases, fun36's decision shall be final.
6.4 fun36 does not accept responsibility for interrupted gameplay or betting caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's side. Bets confirmed by our servers prior to a disconnection are valid and will stand.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fun36 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

11.1 You may close your fun36 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification requirements.
11.2 fun36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or regulatory requirements. In the event of closure for breach, any funds held in the account may be retained by fun36 as damages.
